Ever Accountable takes your privacy seriously. We have the most vital security measures in place and are ISO-certified.

However, if you still desire to reduce your digital footprint and request the deletion of any personal data we have stored in our systems, you must first delete the ever accountable app on all of your devices and then please email your request to: support@everaccountable.com and include the email address you used when you signed up for Ever Accountable.

To make it easier for you, we created a template that you can cut and paste directly into an email to us if you’d like:

To Whom it may concern,

I’ve used your service in the past. However, I’m now consciously deciding to reduce my digital footprint. As a result, please delete any personal data of mine you have stored on your systems.

I am including the following information necessary to identify me:

Within two business days of receipt of your request, Ever Accountable will fully delete your account and all associated data. We will notify your accountability partner(s) that your Ever Accountable account was deleted at your request. Your accountability partner(s) will no longer have access to view your shared data inside Ever Accountable’s report. Ever Accountable will not delete any information your accountability partner(s) may have saved.
