Everyone has questions.

We’ll do our best to answer a few of them here.

  • How long does it take for me to start making progress?

Just like trying to get in shape, change and healing takes time and attention. However, with consistent effort, you can expect to start seeing real changes in 30 days.

Do the work, follow the process, and recognize the work you’re putting in at the end of each day. Celebrating your own progress is the most important part of effectively changing patterns and behavior.

  • Do you offer a guarantee?

We guarantee that if you are committed and if you put the work in you will have success.

  • What do other customers say about Ascend?

“I love the tools used so far. They have been a positive encouragement rather than having the focus on all the negatives of porn. I feel more empowered to win against porn and sexual addiction.”

“I’ve been in recovery for almost 5 years so this program is great for people who struggle with pornography. I really liked it and even learned things I didn’t know and ways to stop temptations before they begin. I would have loved this program when I was struggling.”

  • Why should I trust Ever Accountable to guide me on this journey?

We’ve listened to you, our valued customers, over many years! Ascend was guided and medically reviewed by two clinical psychologists who bring decades of research and expertise in healthy relationships and healthy sexuality. We care about, understand, and target the specific struggles you face as you work to overcome porn.

  • How much time do I have to put in every day?

You should allow about 10-15 minutes. Part of each week’s lesson is audio, so you can simply pop in some earbuds and listen while you work or work out! It would help if you also planned for a small amount of focused time to write down your answers to our reflective questions. Getting to know yourself better is part of the process!

  • What is next after Ascend?

What is next is up to you. If you don’t already have some form of accountability, you now know it is the premise of walking in freedom from pornography. Being accountable shows a vested interest in living above pornography, and the Ever Accountable software can help you with this.

If you are interested in joining a community of others committed to walking in freedom, we recommend that too. Send us an email, and we will give you some recommendations: support@everaccountable.com
